YoMa, her Signature Massage style, is heavily influenced by Thai, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese and Ayurvedic techniques for chronic injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Zen is a Group Fitness Instructor of 38 years, USAF Vet, Energy Worker, Judge at the The Skin Games and World Massage Federation International Competitions. Continuing Educator. She has been featured on multiple podcasts and industry publications.
