BENEFITS OF DRY BRUSHING
• Enhanced Nutrients Absorption: skin cells, broken hairs, oil, free radicals, environmental pollution and sweat can block our pores. Result? The skin cannot effectively absorb vital nutrients, moisture and hydration. Dry skin brushing helps to efficiently and effectively slough dead skin for the skin to freely eliminate waste and absorb nutrients, hydration, moisture and sunlight
• Rejuvenates The Nervous System: Our nervous system plays a major role in the functioning our nerve ending are near the skin. These nerve endings are responsible for communicating senses to the brain which allow us to react according to the situation. When a person regularly dry brushes their skin, these nerve endings are rejuvenated, making the face more alert and responsive to stimulation, especially touch. (Bell’s Palsy, Stroke)
• Enhances Lymphatic Functionality: Quickly and effectively stimulate the lymphatic system on any part of the body. Removes excess fluid, metabolic waste, toxins and lactic acid
• Smooths and Tones Skin: As a person continually dry brushes their skin, the blood flow to and from the skin is enhanced. Strengthens the skin over time (cumulative) giving it a natural glow and a smoother look. (immediately)

What is Skin Rolling?
Skin Rolling is a very relaxing technique that helps to strengthen and balance facial muscles and release fascial adhesions.  My Zen Skin Wheel is designed to brighten, tighten, firm tone, and restructure the muscles and connective tissue of the face.  Skin rolling provides for a vascular and lymphatic flush, warms and loosens sebum, stimulates collagen and relaxes chronic wrinkles formations.
How long does Skin Rolling take?
This entire process will take about 1-2 minutes and is done unilaterally.  The amazing results are both immediate and cumulative.
The goal is to work effectively and efficiently to create homeostasis, balance and tensile strength for underlying structure.
How does it work?
Specific isotonic (contracture with movement) exercises are done passively to balance and tone musculoskeletal tissue and create new muscle memory.  Skin it lifted and rejuvenated by bringing fresh oxygen and nutrients to the area.
Is Skin Rolling a Facial Sculpting Technique?
Yes!  You can lift and sculpt the 43 muscles of the face and neck by stimulating collagen for improved tensile strength and balancing the face.
